Guy Booth has a Bachelor of Music from the Queensland Conservatorium, where he won the Jeffrey Black Scholarship (2004) and the Donald Penman prize (2005), and performed in many productions, including the critically acclaimed Semele. Early performances included Opera under the Stars, and Opera Queensland productions of Verdi’s Requiem and Tosca, and Bizet’s Carmen. In 2002, he won the NFA Dame Joan Sutherland Aria competition.
